Daniel Reinbott, Partner, Ashurst Singapore
Daniel's practice focuses on advising host governments, project developers, offtakers and
lenders in relation to major energy projects, with particular emphasis on the LNG and oil & gas
sectors. He has advised in respect of many of the existing and proposed liquefaction and
regasification projects in the Asia Pacific region. Daniel's experience includes a secondment
with a major international oil company in London, where he acted as an internal legal adviser
to its natural gas supply and trading business.

Philip Thomson, Partner, Ashurst Singapore
Philip has a broad range of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He specialises
in the development and financing of large-scale projects in the energy and infrastructure
sectors, acting for project sponsors, borrowers, lenders and host governments. He has a particular
focus on all aspects of the LNG sector and has spent time on secondment at a major oil and
gas company working exclusively on a natural gas liquefaction project.

Charterer and as a Ship Owner. He specialises in ethylene transportation, small LNG carriers and
complete supply chain value analysis. Areas of expertise in petrochemicals transportation include
Iran and the Middle East; Europe; Brazil and Argentina and South East Asia. Eduardo spent over
14 years as a Chartering and Supply Chain manager with Dow Chemical globally before spending
close to 10 years as Vice President of Commercial at Norgas Carriers Houston and Singapore,
General Manager at MNGC in Singapore and thereafter at Lauritzen Kosan A/S from Denmark
as Business Development Manager. †Eduardo has experience in dealing with different cultures
and negotiating contracts in different countries.
